CosplayMe is an AI-powered tool that transforms uploaded photos into cosplay-style images of various characters. The Service uses Google Gemini AI technology to generate images and videos for entertainment purposes only.

4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload photos of individuals without their explicit consent
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Create content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Upload photos of minors (persons under 18 years old)
• Create content that violates any intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service

5. Content Ownership and Rights

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.2 Generated Content

AI-generated images and videos created by the Service are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may download and use generated content, but you acknowledge that:

• Generated content is AI-created and for entertainment purposes only
• Character names and likenesses are inspired by popular characters and are used for parody/transformative purposes
• We make no claims to own the underlying character intellectual property

5.3 Service Content

All other content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Character Names and Trademarks

Character names used in this Service (e.g., "Spider-Man-inspired," "Batman-inspired") are for descriptive purposes only. We do not claim ownership of these characters. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners (Marvel, DC Comics, Warner Bros, etc.). Our use is intended as parody and transformative fair use for entertainment purposes.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: All images and videos are AI-generated.

• We do not guarantee specific results or likeness preservation
• AI may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results
• Content may be subject to Google Gemini's safety filters

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store your uploaded photos on our servers. Photos are processed in memory and discarded immediately after processing.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service
• No warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of AI-generated content
• No warranty that the Service will meet your expectations

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
